بعد خروجه من السجن بعد خمس سنوات، يرفض لص المجوهرات توني وظيفة سريعة عرضتها عليه صديقته جو، حتى اكتشف أن صديقته السابقة مادو أصبحت عشيقة لرجل العصابات المحلي بيير غروتر خلال غياب توني. بتوسيع عملية اقتحام صغيرة إلى سرقة جواهر كاملة، يبدو أن توني وطاقمه ينجون بأمان، لكن أفعالهم بعد إتمام المهمة تهدد حياة الجميع المعنيين.
