Baby prati život najboljih prijateljica iz srednje škole, Chiari i Ludovice, u elitnoj rimskoj četvrti Parioli. Iako ove tinejdžerke dolaze iz imućnih porodica, glavna zabava im je bila kršenje strogih društvenih normi, a u potrazi za identitetom i nezavisnošću počele su nuditi seksualne usluge u zamjenu za novac, mobitele i skupu odjeću. Serija predstavlja priču o zabranjenoj ljubavi, porodičnim pritiscima i zajedničkim tajnama.
Serija koja ima osam epizoda djelimično je bazirana na skandalu Baby Squillo koji se dogodio 2013. u pomenutoj rimskoj četvrti, a u koji bili upleteni razni političari, advokati i biznismeni, uključujući i muža praunuke Benita Mussolinija.
