Je to příběh lásky i záhadné vraždy, jež se odehrála v osmdesátých letech na pozadí mocné dynastie obchodující s nemovitostmi. Tento psychologický thriller, jež produkoval a natočil Andrew Jarecki, byl inspirován zmizením Kathie McCormack, manželky dědice impéria s nemovitostmi, Roberta Dursta. Kathie v roce 1982 záhadně zmizela a nikdy ji nenašli. Pan Durst byl podezřelý z její vraždy, ovšem před soudem nikdy nestanul
