Pokračování kung-fu snímku Vodní hranice - druhá část akční čínské ságy o cti, rodině a válce. Drama Všichni muži jsou bratři představuje pokračování filmu Vodní hranice, známého také pod názvem Sedm dračích ran (Seven Blows of the Dragon) z roku 1972, epické ságy o 108 legendárních čínských bojovnících bojujících proti zkorumpovaným státním úředníkům. Panovník bojovníkům uděluje milost a dává jim příkaz, aby bojovali proti povstalcům usazeným v pevnosti v Chang-čou. Sedm dobrovolníků proniká do pevnosti jako špehové a snaží se zjistit, jak by se dovnitř mohla dostat císařova armáda. Když se jeden ze špehů (Fan Mei-Sheng) dostává do potyčky, a přivolá tak stráže, je pevnost uzavřena a únik zpět není možný. Pouze jediný muž (David Chiang) dokáže uniknout a přinést zprávy o pevnosti císařské armádě. Další člen skupinky se ukryje poblíž podvodní brány, aby po zahájení útoku vpustil dovnitř jedinou možnou cestou armádní lodě. Hongkongská produkční společnost Shaw Bros.
