Francouzský režisér Jean-Luc Godard je i pro Českou televizi otevřenou kapitolou. Znovu se vracíme k tomuto velkému tvůrci třemi filmy, které doposud nebyly vysílány: Banda pro sebe, Zachraň si, kdo můžeš (život) a Pěstuj si pravačku. Ten, kdo si nedávno pustil Bertolucciho Snílky, uvidí tedy slavnou citovanou scénu: běh Louvrem v "originále". Louis Aragon o tomto filmu řekl: "Nikdo nedokáže vykreslit lépe řád zmatku než Godard. Zmatek našeho světa je jeho látkou, tam, kde končí velká města zářící neónem, v předměstských čtvrtích či v zastrčených dvorcích, to, co nikdy nikdo nevidí očima umění, zborcené trámy, rezaté mašiny, odpadky, plechovky od konzerv, ocelové dráty, brlohy našeho života, bez kterých bychom nemohli žít, jenže to vždycky nějak zařídíme, abychom je neviděli. A z toho všeho a také z vraždy jakoby náhodou udělá krásu."
