Název filmu je odvozen ze stejnojmenné písně dua Simon and Garfunkel. Vypráví o muži, který zjišťuje, že jeho despotický otec má mimomanželský milostný poměr. Při snaze ukončit jejich milostnou aférku se ovšem do milenky svého otce také zamiluje. Do všeho se navíc vloží chlapcův podivný soused, který se samovolně pasuje do role vztahového specialisty.
