Med en grufuld flænsende lyd hamrer deres sejlbåd mod de skarpe klipper ud for en øde spansk kyststrækning. To af dem bliver fanget under vandlinen i det smadrede skrog. To af dem slipper mirakuløst i land og løber til en nærliggende fiskerlandsby for at hente hjælp. Men her er ingen hjælp at hente. De er kommet til Imboca. Hjemsted for Dagon"s diciple. Dagon Den Mægtige. Dagon Den Grusomme. Dagon Den Sultne. Alle fremmede ofres på Dagons alter. Mænd dør langsomt, skrigende i afsindig smerte. Flået levende. De ulykkelige kvinder får en endnu værre skæbne. De bliver brude. Besvangret af Dagon vokser hans afskyelige afkom i dem.
