Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, Raven og Beast Boy er tilbage for at redde verden i deres første langfilm, "Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo". Denne gang må Teen Titans bekæmpe en mystisk og truende japansk forbryder kaldet Brushogun, som har sendt en højteknologisk ninja til angreb mod de unge helte. Kampen er kun lige begyndt for de fem forbryderjægere, som pakker grejet og rejser til Tokyo for at gå i kødet på deres nyeste trussel. Men byen, der aldrig blinker kan vise sig en tand for meget for teenagerne – og mysteriet om Brushogun kan vise sig for svært at løse.
