Som resultatet af en gal videnskabsmands eksperimenter slipper en rigtig led parasit løs i et boligkompleks. En efter en bukker beboerne under for snylteren, der forvandler sine ofre til sex-psykopater, som vil gøre alt for at tilfredsstille deres lyster og dermed sprede sygdommen. Det eneste der står imellem parasitten og en global epidemi er den lokale doktor, og han står meget fast.
