Mr. X, som er en succesrig narkodealer i West End, har planer om at gå på pension, da han bliver bedt om en sidste tjeneste - at forhandle salget af en million ecstasy-piller. Desværre for Mr. X er pillerne stjålet fra en serbisk narkobaron, som vil skære hovedet af ham, hvis han sælger dem. Samtidig truer Londons mest magtfulde gangsterboss med at sende ham til de evige jagtmarker, hvis han ikke sælger pillerne, så det er ikke så sært, at Mr. X er lidt bekymret. Men der ingen grund til at tabe hovedet...
