Thomas og hans bedste ven Percy er i gang med at slukke en brand på en gård, heldigvis ankommer Belle og hjælper dem. Da branden er slukket, er Belle løbet tør for vand, og Thomas og Percy hjælper hende tilbage til remisen. Kontrolchefen roser Belle for hendes modige indsats i forbindelse med branden. Der er brug for en ny brandbil på Sodor og Belle anbefaler Flynn, så det bliver arrangeret at han kommer til Sodor fra fastlandet.
