Durch die Kraft einer Zaubersubstanz ist es Emmanuelle möglich, sich in den Körper fremder Menschen zu begeben. Sie bekam diese Substanz in einem Kloster in Tibet. Eines Tages besucht sie ihre verzweifelte Freundin Jenny, die schön länger von ihrem Mann mit anderen Frauen betrogen wird. Emmanuelle weiß Abhilfe. Sie wagt ein Experiment, verwandelt einen alten Mönch, der sie ständig begleitet, in einen jungen Mann... und verschafft Jenny ein unvergessliches Sexerlebnis.
