Εδώ και χρόνια, μαίνεται ένας μεγάλος πόλεμος μεταξύ της επιστημονικά προηγμένης Αυτοκρατορίας και ενός παραδείσου μαγισσών που είναι γνωστός ως Κυριαρχία του Νεφελή.
