Μια αληθινή ιστορία -Η Άννα Φρανκ (το πλήρες όνομά της προφέρεται Αννελίς Μαρί Αννέ Φρανκ) ήταν μια νεαρή Γερμανoεβραία, η οποία έγινε γνωστή μετά θάνατον όταν και δημοσιεύτηκε από τον πατέρα της Ότο Φρανκ, το προσωπικό της ημερολόγιο, το οποίο έγραψε μεταξύ 1942 και 1944 κρυμμένη σε μια σοφίτα κατά την διάρκεια της γερμανικής κατοχής στην Ολλανδία. Η Άννα Φρανκ και όλη της η οικογένεια συνελήφθη απ' τους Γερμανούς και κατόπιν ή ίδια εστάλη στο στρατόπεδο συγκεντρώσεως Μπέργκεν-Μπέλσεν,όπου και πέθανε από τύφο, σε ηλικία 15 ετών, τον Μάρτιο του 1945. Ο μόνος που διασώθηκε από την οικογένεια, ήταν ο πατέρας της.
