Την ημέρα είναι τρία κανονικά παιδιά 6 ετών, ο Κόνορ, ο Γκρεγκ κι η Αμάγια, τα οποία είναι γείτονες και συμμαθητές. Μόλις όμως δύσει ο Ήλιος και πέσει η νύχτα, μεταμορφώνονται σε 3 υπερήρωες με πυτζάμες, ο 1ος στον Κατ Μπόι, ο 2ος στον Γκέκο και η 3η στην Ολέτ και βγαίνουν να καταπολεμήσουν την εγκληματικότητα. Για τις μετακινήσεις τους οι 3 αυτοί υπερήρωες χρησιμοποιούν ανάλογα με την περίσταση, το γατοκίνητο, το κουκουβοπλάνο και το Γκέκο Μομπίλ. Το 1ο είναι ένα αυτοκινητάκι, το 2ο ένα αεροπλανάκι και το 3ο είναι αμφίβιο δηλαδή μπορεί να κυκλοφορεί και στο νερό και στην ξηρά.
