داستان فیلم «دندان شب» درباره دانشجویی به نام «بنی» است که برای درآوردن پول تصمیم میگیرد برای یک شب راننده دو زن جوان اسرارآمیز شود و آنها را در سطح شهر به مهمانیهای مختلف ببرد. در حالی که او مجذوب جذابیت مسافرانش شده، متوجه میشود که آنها برنامهای برای او و عطش زیادی برای خون دارند. «بنی» ناخواسته وارد جنگ بین دنیای خونآشامها و محافظان انسانها به رهبری برادرش میشود و تمام تلاشش را میکند تا خونآشامها را به دنیای تاریکی بازگرداند. زمانی که وقت طلوع خورشید نزدیک میشود، «بنی» باید تصمیم بگیرد که میخواهد شهر فرشتهها را نجات دهد یا نه و بین ترس و وسوسه یکی را انتخاب کند.
