Kaksi vuotta Neljännen Suuren Ninjasodan tapahtumien jälkeen Hagoromo Otsutsukin kauan sitten luoma kuu sulkemaan Gedo-patsaan alkaa laskeutua kohti maailmaa, uhaten muuttua meteoriksi, joka tuhoaisi kaiken osuessaan.
