Boog ja Elliot palaavat metsänystävineen valkokankaalle täysin uudessa seikkailussa, joka on vauhdikkaampi ja karvaisempi kuin koskaan ennen - tällä kertaa ollaan sirkuksessa! Boog ei saa ystäviäänlähtemään heidän jokavuotiselle poikien retkelleen, joten Boog päättää lähteä matkaan yksin. Hän törmää kiertävään sirkukseen ja vaihtaa paikkaa karhun kanssa ottaen sen paikan esityksessä. Mutta kun sirkuksen on aika palata Venäjälle, alkaa huima ralli, kun Elliot, McSquizzy, Mr. Weenie ja muut kamut lähtevät pelastamaan Boogia ennen kuin on liian myöhäistä!
