Fanny ja Alexander (Fanny och Alexander) on Ingmar Bergmanin ohjaama elokuva vuodelta 1982. Bergman leikkasi samasta aineistosta myös laajemman neliosaisen televisiosarjan, ja työsti sen käsikirjoituksesta kirjan. Elokuva kertoo hyvin toimeentulevan Ekdahlin teatterisuvun elämästä 1900-luvun alun Ruotsissa kahden lapsen, Fannyn ja Alexanderin kautta.Elokuva sai neljä Oscar-palkintoa: paras vieraskielinen elokuva (palkinnon vastaanotti Ingmar Bergmanin puolesta Jörn Donner), Sven Nykvist kuvauksesta, Anna Asp ja Sisanne Lingheim parhaasta lavastuksesta ja Marik Vos Lungh pukusuunnittelusta. Se palkittiin myös Golden Globe -palkinnolla parhaana ulkomaalaisena elokuvana.Suomalaisista näyttelijöistä elokuvassa olivat mukana Nils Brandt ja Stina Ekblad.
