Joulusta tulee tänä vuonna verinen... Joku kolistelee ullakolla, eikä se ole joulupukki. Vuosia sitten Billyn psykoottinen äiti laittoi Billyn telkien taa. Päästyään vapaaksi Billy tappoi äitinsä ja tämän uuden perheen. Nyt Billy on kateissa. Kuusi sisarusta ja heidän yksinäinen äitinsä viettää joulua osoitteessa, jossa verilöyly tapahtui.
