Kovamaineinen salaisen palvelun agentti Richard Chance alkaa jäljittää julmaa rahanväärentäjää Rick Mastersia, joka on tappanut tämän partnerin, Jim Hartin. Chance vannoo kostoa Hartin kuolemasta.
