Durante la guerra del Vietnam, una pattuglia di soldati viene inviata all' R-Point (Romeo Point), 150 chilometri a sud di Ho Chi Minh, dopo che il quartier generale koreano riceve messaggi radio con richieste di aiuto da parte di soldati scomparsi 6 mesi prima nella stessa zona e che tutti ritenevano morti. A comandare l'unità viene assegnato il Tenente Choi Tae-in (l'attore Woo-seong Kam di "Crazy Marriage" e "Spider Forest").
L'unità ha sette giorni per trovare traccia degli uomini scomparsi.
Il loro viaggio terrificante incomincia in una giungla maledetta dove non è possibile distinguere gli uomini dai fantasmi...
