Una giovane coppia si reca in un malandato ospedale nell'Europa dell'Est per un intervento di chirurgia plastica a basso costo. La ragazza desidera ridursi il seno nello stesso posto in cui la madre si sottoporrà all'ennesimo lifting. Ritrovandosi in un reparto abbandonato, il fidanzato si imbatte in una ragazza, imbavagliata e legata a un tavolo operatorio. Si è appena sottoposta a un trattamento sperimentale di ringiovanimento ed egli la libera, inconsapevole di aver dato via libera a un virus che trasformerà medici, pazienti e suocera in zombie assetati di sangue.
