Il programma segue i cacciatori di fantasmi Zak Bagans, Nick Groff, Aaron Goodwin, Billy Tolley e Jay Wasley che indagano in luoghi segnalati per essere infestati. Lo show è introdotto e narrato da Zak Bagans.
