鬼才ポール・バーホーベン監督が、23年ぶりに故郷のオランダでメガホンを取ったサスペンス・ドラマ。1944年、第二次世界大戦時ナチス・ドイツ占領下のオランダ。若く美しいユダヤ人歌手ラヘルは、ドイツ軍から解放されたオランダ南部へ家族とともに逃げようとするが、何者かの裏切りによって家族をナチスに殺されてしまう。復讐のために名前をエリスと変え、ブルネットの髪をブロンドに染め、レジスタンスに身を投じる。そしてナチス内部の情報を探るため、ナチス将校ムンツェに近づき、彼の愛人となることに成功するが…。果たして真の裏切り者は誰なのか？すべての鍵を握る“ブラックブック”とは？
