Prieš 10 metų baisus įvykis sukrėtė Harmonijos miestelio ramybę. Po 10 metų Tomas Hanigeris grįžta į Harmonijos miestelį Valentino dienos proga. Kamuojamas užplūdusių jausmų savo buvusiajai merginai Sarai, kuri dabar ištekėjusi už jo geriausio draugo Axelio, Tomas net nenutuokia, kad tai gali būti paskutinioji Valentino diena jo gyvenime. Šiąnakt, po ilgų ramybės metų kažkas baisaus grįžta į Harmonijos miestelį. Žiaurus žudikas, dėvėdamas kaukę ir apsiginklavęs kiritkliu, siautėja miestelyje.
