Grupės, kuriai vadovauja specialusis agentas Ronaldas Fliuris (aktorius Jamie'is Foxxas), užduotis - surasti tą, kuris atsakingas už bombos sprogimą.
Pasiekę Saudo Arabiją, FTB agentai savo kailiu patiria, kad jie čia visiškai nelaukiami, priešingai nei oficialiai deklaruoja Amerikos ir Saudo Arabijos tarpusavio santykių pozicija. Bandydami surasti išeitį, amerikiečiai į pagalbą pasitelkia kyšius bei pažadus ir pagaliau pasiekia, kad vietiniai pareigūnai nuvestų FTB grupelę prie žmogaus, įvykdžiusio teroro išpuolį, durų. Čia geriausi agentai akivaizdžiai pamato ir patiria, kaip sunku, o gal ir neįmanoma kovoti su priešu, nebijančiu mirties...
