Sutuoktiniai Alenas ir Mari įsikelia į naują užmiesčio namą. Tačiau namo rūsyje yra paslaptinga anomalija: durys, pro kurias praėjus, galima atjaunėti. Alenas dar kaip reikiant nespėja apsiprasti su šia fantastiška mintimi, o jo žmona jau naudojasi jauninančiomis durimis du kartus per parą.
Netrukus į svečius atvažiavęs Aleno viršininkas ir bičiulis Žeraras papasakoja dar neįtikinamesnę istoriją. Jau pasiekęs tą amžių, kai vyriškumas funkcionuoja ne taip, kaip norėtųsi, Žeraras ėmė ieškoti alternatyvų ir surado įmonę Japonijoje, siūlančią mobiliuoju telefonu valdomą „vyrišką įrangą“, kuri tikrai niekuomet nenuvils. Geriausias to įrodymas – jauna ir žavi nauja Žeraro draugė, kuri, kaip rodosi Alenui, tiesiog dievina jo bičiulį.
Nors iš pirmo žvilgsnio abiejų draugų patiriami stebuklai yra vienareikšmiškai nuostabūs, tačiau laikui bėgant ima aiškėti, kad gal ir ne viskas vyksta būtent taip, kaip jiems norėtųsi.
