Lee – kovos menų ekspertas, gyvena Honkonge. Slaptųjų tarnybų agentai paprašo jo dalyvauti kovos menų turnyre, kuris vyksta paslaptingoje „Drakono“ saloje. Turnyro rengėjas – Hanas, nusikaltėlis, žudikas, narkotikų prekeivis. Agentai prašo Lee gauti kuo daugiau informacijos apie nusikaltimus, kurie vyksta Hano valdose.
