Roger Craig is een Vietnamveteraan die na de oorlog besloot in Vietnam te blijven. Roger wordt door de Amerikaanse overheid gevraagd een Russisch schip te infiltreren en de lading te stelen. Wanneer hij de missie voltooit mag hij samen met z'n vrouw en kind naar Amerika verhuizen. De missie lijkt zonder problemen te verlopen totdat één van de Russische soldaten, die de leiding heeft, er achter komt wat er aan de hand is. Hij zal er alles aan doen om de gestolen lading terug te krijgen. Het dorp waar Roger woont wordt volledig vernietigd, z'n vrienden worden afgeslacht en z'n vrouw wordt ontvoerd. Niets staat Roger nu in z'n weg om een persoonlijke vendetta tegen de Russen te voeren.
