De opnames van Adele's optreden in The Royal Albert Hall zijn beschikbaar op dvd en Blu-ray. Beide uitgaves bevatten het volledig 90 minuten durende live optreden plus 'behind the scenes' beelden die op dezelfde dag zijn gemaakt. Zowel de dvd als de Blu-ray uitgave van Adele - Live At The Royal Albert Hall bevatten een exclusieve live cd van de volledige show. Dit is de eerste keer dat alle hits van Adele op één cd verschijnen en daarbij haar adembenemende covers van Bonnie Raitt's "If I Can't Make You Love Me" en The Steeldrivers "If It Hadn't Been For Love".
