En mann er fanget midt i to samtidige bankran forsøker å beskytte telleren han er forelsket i. Tripp Kennedy går inn i en bank nær stengetid, desperat etter å bli servert av pene Kaitlin. Når et ran starter, nøler Tripp lite med å kaste seg på Kaitlin for å beskytte henne. Bemerkelsesverdig nok viser det seg imidlertid at ikke bare ett, men to samtidige ran pågår. Mens humletyvene "Peanut Butter" og "Jelly" roter til ting for de profesjonelle tyvene og ved et uhell forsegler alle i bygningen for natten, har Tripp en hel kveld på å beile til Kaitlin - hvis de kan holde seg i live, altså.
