For en million dollar skal han stille som æresgjest i hans superrike superfan Javis bursdagsfest på Mallorca. Det han ikke vet, er at Javi ikke bare er en superfan med sitt eget Nicolas Cage-museum, men også en av verdens farligste våpensmuglere. Ting tar en vill og uventet vending da han blir kontaktet av en CIA-agent.
