Po tragicznej śmierci rodziców Julian (John Keefe) wraz z bratem zamieszkują u wujka Charles'a (Peter Coyote). Pewnego dnia najlepszy przyjaciel Juliana Zeke (Elvin Dandel) podczas kaskaderskich popisów na rampie traci przytomność. Karetka zawozi go do szpitala jednak na miejscu Julian zostaje poinformowany, że jego przyjaciel zmarł na skutek uczulenia alergicznego. Nie dowierza lekarzom a gdy dowiaduje się, że karetka nie zawiozła Zeke'a do szpitala tylko do budynku korporacji Hybra-Tech Julian z pomocą przyjaciół postanawiają go uwolnić. Nie wiedzą jednak, że centrum badawcze pełne jest zombie i tak naprawdę stanowi ono przykrywkę dla badań nad stworzeniem niezniszczalnej armii.
