Orice se poate întâmpla pe INSULA DIN VIS, un loc în care imaginația nu cunoaște opreliști, iar aventura comandă. Aici, o tânără curajoasă pe nume Nim (Abigail Breslin), înconjurată de animale exotice care-i sunt prietene și, inspirându-se din legende și cărți, duce o viață tropicală uimitoare, care o oglindește pe cea a eroului ei preferat: Alex Rover, cel mai mare aventurier din lume.
