Colonelul Katherine Powell se trezește devreme într-o dimineață și aude că un coleg a fost ucis de grupul terorist Al-Shabaab. De la sediul Northwood ea începe apoi să conducă o misiune de a captura liderii extremiști ai grupului care urmează să se întâlnească în Nairobi, Kenya. O echipă multinațională numeroasă lucrează împreună în această misiune și sunt conectați prin intermediul imaginilor video.
