Luis Salinger, agent al Interpolului, este hotărât să aducă în fata justiției una dintre cele mai puternice bănci ale lumii. Ajutat de procuroarea Eleanor Whitman, Salinger ajunge să descopere zeci de activități ilegale ale băncii.
