Când un reporter din New York îl aduce pe Mick Dundee, vânătorul de crocodili din zonele izolate australiene, pentru o vizită în Marele Măr, are loc o ciocnire a culturilor și o rețetă de comedie binevoitoare în timp ce naivul Dundee negociază jungla de beton.
