Tri želania pre Popolušku je nová adaptácia legendárnej rozprávky scenáristu Františka Pavlíčka a režiséra Václava Vorlíčka Tri oriešky pre Popolušku. Severská pocta českej filmovej klasike prináša modernú verziu klasiky, nové kostýmy, kulisy nefalšovanej nórskej zimy a divokých zasnežených lesov a, samozrejme, poriadnu dávku mágie. Podobne ako u nás alebo v Nemecku sa Vorlíčkova Popoluška stala nesmrteľnou vianočnou rozprávkou v Nórsku, kde ju diváci milujú a miestni tvorcovia sa ju odvážili prerozprávať aj po takmer päťdesiatich rokoch. V tomto príbehu o odvahe, láske, dobrom srdci a kúzlach bude Popoluška po smrti svojho otca opäť bojovať s tyranskou macochou a nevlastnou sestrou, prekazí hon na troch mladých mužov a vďaka čarovným orieškom sa zúčastní veľkolepého plesu, kde získa srdce princa a na úteku stratí svoju črievičku.
