Nespočetnekrát bola príčinou vzostupu a pádu celých civilizácií. Stále nám však chýbajú dostatočne presné vedecké poznatky na to, aby sme mohli účinne riešiť klimatické zmeny... Dážď je základným zdrojom sladkej vody a nevyhnutnou podmienkou života na Zemi. V histórii ľudstva zohráva dôležitú úlohu už od staroveku. V havajčine existuje príslovie: Keď nebo plače, zem ožíva. Čo presne opisuje, čo pre nás znamená dážď. Stále je súčasťou rituálov mnohých kultúr na celom svete. Napája jazerá a priehrady toľko potrebnou vodou, ktorú každý z nás potrebuje každý deň. Poskytuje pôde vlahu, bez nej by sme nemali úrodu a dobytok by nemohol uhasiť svoj smäd. Je základnou podmienkou prežitia a rozvoja človeka. Zrážky sú však v poslednom čase čoraz nepredvídateľnejšie. Je jasné, že budeme musieť zmeniť náš prístup od základov. Ale vieme vôbec, ako čo najlepšie využiť dážď - tento neoceniteľný zdroj?
