V roku 305 alkijského kalendára zdedila Hina po svojej matke, ktorej gróf klesol na nulu, úlohu pátrať po legendárnom Červenom barónovi. Počas svojho dobrodružstva sa stretne s polomaskovaným šermiarom menom Licht, ktorý sa snaží skryť svoju identitu, pretože je známy ako úchyl kvôli svojmu neuveriteľne nízkemu "číslu".
