Станари кварта којег власти намеравају да сруше присиљени су на исељење. Будући да одбију да то учине, улагачи у ново насеље унајмљују локалну банду како би их истерали из домова. Када безобзирни власник некретнина пошаље своје “гориле” у стару и трошну зграду како би се решио последњих станара, једино што их може спасити је велико, велико чудо.
