Грофу Дракули у сарадњи са лепом, али ђаволском, дамом потребан је „једноставан, поводљив” мозак којим би поново активирао Франкештајново биће. „Идеалан” мозак припада несрећном Костелу кога је дама доктор завела, придобила његово поверење и довела га до операционог стола. Лоренс Талбот, боље познат као вукодлак, стиже на место догађаја да упозори Костела и његовог друга Абота о Дракулином злочиначком плану. Током филма стидљиви Костело постаје сведок ноћних ритуала Дракуле и чудовишта, али не може да убеди увек сумњичавог Абота, све до дивљег врхунца у Дракулином замку, где комичаре прогањају три филмска монструма. Као додатак, Невидљиви човек (глас Винсента Прајса) појављује се жељан „још узбуђења”.
