Moore cevapları insanların parasız tıbbi bakım aldıkları Kanada, İngiltere ve Fransa'da arıyor. Sonunda Moore 9/11 kurtarma çalışmalarında yer almış, hastalanmış ve evlerinde tedavi olamayan kahramanlardan bir grup toplayıp onları hiç beklenmedik bir yere götürüyor, üstelik dünyanın en zengin ülkesinde göremeyecekleri bir bakım almalarını sağlıyor.
