Annelerinin gizemli ölümünden sonra bilinmeyen bir hastalığa yakalanan iki kız kardeş hastaneye yatırılır. Tedavileri tamamlandıktan sonra eve dönen kardeşler, babalarının yeni eşi olan Eun-joo isimli üvey anneleriyle anlaşamaz. Zaman zaman üvey annelerinin garip davranışları ve kardeşlerin hastalığının tekrarlaması evde huzursuzlık yaratır. Ayrıca babalarının olaylara tepkisiz kalışı ve labirenti andıran yapısıyla yaşadıkları ev, kızları tedirgin etmeye başlar.
