Saya, gizli bir devlet kuruluşun da görev alan bir vampir avcısıdır. Son görevi, Yokotada bulunan ABD'ye ait bir hava alanı yakınlarındaki Yokota lisesinde meydana gelen esrarengiz ölüm olayının faili olan vampirleri yok etmektir. Görevi zorda olsa kabul eden Saya ekip amiri olarak görev yapan David tarafından okula sıradan bir öğrenci gibi yerleştirilir. Böylelikle göreve başlamış olan Saya kısa sürede vampirleri bulur ve aralarında büyük bir mücadele başlar.
