Sau các sự kiện của phần phim trước, Milo Thatch và công chúa Kida Nedakh giờ đây đã kết hôn và đang sống yên bình ở thành phố Atlantis dưới đáy biển. Tuy nhiên, sự bình yên này không kéo dài.
