安迪菲利普夫（艾力薛吉斯高）是著名莫斯科大剧院管弦乐团的指挥家，当年为了与一众犹太音乐家演出，因此被免除职务，沦为管大剧院里的一名清洁工！而跟随他的一众犹太人，不少变成了搬运工人、技工或的士司机。30年后的今天，安迪偶然得知乐团被邀前往巴黎沙特莱剧院演出，他决定来个大反击，将他的好友们聚集起来冒充莫斯科乐团，一起来到梦寐以求的巴黎，梦想随着柴可夫斯基协奏曲而悠扬，而一个埋藏在旋律中触动人心的秘密亦被揭开……
