I en togvogn vågner Snàporaz op efter en lur, hvorefter han forsøger at forføre en smuk kvinde. Det bliver begyndelsen på et bizart og mareridtsagtigt eventyr. Snàporaz følger efter kvinden gennem en skov til et sært hotel, hvor en gruppe feminister holder kongres. Her får han en temmelig fjendtlig modtagelse, og det er blot det første af en række urovækkende møder med kvindekønnet, der venter den aldrende skørtejæger.
