Vi følger en unavngivet psykopat, der netop har løjet sig til en prøveløsladelse. Han er dog langtfra færdig med mord, som han ellers påstod, faktisk er han opsat på at sørge for så meget smerte og så mange lidelser som muligt, som han forklarer os i en voice-over. Da ankommer han til at hus, beboet af en ældre kvinde og hendes vokse børn og dette møde giver ham mulighed for at udleve alle sine fantasier. Det, der følger, er en brutal, metodisk og meget voldsom tur ned i helvede!
